Feel the Movement in Stillness

Remain calm.

Feel yourself fall back into your body.

Feel the movement in the body within the stillness of you just lying here.

There's a sensation of motion surrounding us, and enveloping us, and within. Crucial to the practice of un-winding, loosening and letting go, is the specific action to feel intently the sensation of motion, then once a motion has stopped, to take action to feel the sense of movement in stillness. Scan the whole body after un-winding. 

Imagine yourself! Imagine your body! Imagine your highest self with a sense of well-being. Visualize it from outside; visualize it from inside. Paint the picture in your mind of yourself pain-free and no longer complaining about it. How does that feel? I imagine myself. I imagine myself fully .. fully healthy and aware. We have these moments! We have these moments in time .. we have these moments that we open to mystery and realize that who we are is not just our personal history. We as individual groupings of cells. We regenerate and shed cells all the time, constantly. So the personal history of our body is not the personal history of our memories of emotions. In these moments we become the consciousness itself. That witnessing awareness that we are the loving awareness itself that was born into this body.
